The stay was absolutely faultless, rooms are welcoming, super clean, beautiful bedding and high class toiletries. They have everything there from pots pans plates. We was also provided with breakfast in the morning and we cooked them outside the yurts in the morning. THE PERFECT LODGE
This charming lodge with its king-sized bedroom and en-suite bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area is located just a stone’s throw away from the B&B, should you want to pop along for a spot of breakfast. We wanted to create something for guests that's somewhere between our gorgeous self-catering Yurts and our renowned bed and breakfast accommodation, which is what our new fully equipped, stylish lodge is all about, just perfect for guests wanting to relax in privacy, enjoying the views, watching the horses go by from the stables and enjoying the entertaining wildlife around the pond. The living area is open plan with a kitchen including hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. There is a dining table plus chairs and a lovely sofa to relax in and enjoy the surroundings. The lodge includes free Wi-Fi, sky tv and Netflix and there is plenty of parking available outside the Lodge or by the stables.
Although not strictly a private garden area you will find a table chairs outside overlooking the pond and paddocks

We are easy to reach by road or train and yet you will feel like you are in another world full of the open countryside on the outskirts of the charming, historic town of Emsworth, a picturesque old fishing village nestling on the north end of Chichester harbour. With narrow streets, Georgian houses, walled gardens and stunning waterside views, just strolling around it is a joy.
We are close to Portsmouth and Chichester for enjoying bigger town sightseeing, shopping, nightlife or business and the market town of Havant and glorious Goodwood are also within easy reach. As is all of the surrounding West Sussex and Hampshire areas in the stunning South Downs.

Explore the South Coast along with its little English villages, coastal trails, beaches and breathtaking scenery or take one of the many gorgeous national trails from Emsworth, such as The Solent Way, Thorney Island and South Downs National park.

"This is the second time we have stayed here and it won't be our last. The location of this hidden gem is in idyllic surroundings ...no traffic noise..just the sound of the woodpeckers and the bleating of the goats at the back of the property along with the llamas/alpacas. Debbie and Lily are wonderful, friendly hosts and Debbie in particular went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable. We recommend this property to anyone coming to stay in Emsworth but be sure to book directly with Debbie."
